This Halloween Cat Makeup Look is So Easy

Step 1

Begin with brows. Nothing frames your look like flawless arches, so etch in some definition using Brow This Way Eyebrow Sculpting Kit; a two-step palette that features a wax and a powder. The wax will shape and set your look, while the easy-to-blend powder adds fullness in just a few sweeps of the accompanying brow brush.

Step 2

Step 4

Starting from the inner corners of eyes, glide the jet-black pigment along the upper lash line, then repeat along the lower lash line to frame your eyes. Step 5
