How to apply
Step 1: Conceal your lips completely using Lasting Finish 25 HR foundation.
Step 2: Using Lasting Finish 1000 Kisses lip liner in a shade a tad darker than your lip colour, overdraw the lip line slightly over the cupids bow and below the center of your bottom lips to create the illusion of fuller lips.
Step 3: Apply Lasting Finish lipstick all over your lips, as well as on top of the lip liner.
